Home Lines, Is there a contract length?
There is a 3 month minimum contract length. We do not believe in
tying people in to long contracts. You must give us written notice
if you wish to cancel your line or move providers elsewhere. You
will pay rental for your line up until the day your service ceases
with us. |
Does
it still cost £95.00+ VAT? if there is already a socket?
Yes - The work for us is the same if you have old wiring or not.
The cost will be £95.00 + VAT for the new line regardless
of if an engineer calls to your property or not or if new wiring
is needed. |
Can
I Have Broadband on the line?
Yes . Once the line is installed you can apply for Broadband from
over 100 companies. We recommend www.bethere.co.uk
as many Green clients have had a positive experience with them,
however you are free to use whoever you wish. |
How
long does it take to install a line?
On average It takes 7 days to install a new line |
Who will Install
my new telephone line?
A BT Openreach engineer will visit to install your new line
BT have 3 types of appointment AM, PM or Daily. AM is between 8AM
and 1PM, PM is between 12 noon and 6 PM and daily is between 8AM
and 6PM
Please assure there is access for the engineer to avoid any missed
appointment charges |
